"The airport shuttle was very easy. We did not have breakfast because we had to leave early for the airport. Our air conditioner didn’t work right in the room and the phone didn’t work either other than that it filled the knee that we used it for."

"No elevators! Patio room is next to pool. Spot lights on all night. Felt like sleeping in a parking lot! Hard to sleep, couldn’t darken room. Bathroom needs repair to toilet and shower. "

"Watchouts were: We needed to request the bedding for the pull out couch. And then take the elevator to the lobby to pick them up. Once we got back to the room, we realized there was no shampoo, conditioner and soap in the room. Then we needed to request it from the front desk - and then take the elevator downstairs to retrieve them. These were a little frustrating because it is typically part of a room being prepared for your arrival. But the bigger issue was the elevator itself. It was very, very slow and whatever was wrong with it was causing the fire alarm to go off. The worst example was when the fire alarm went off at 11:42pm. Alarms went off in the hallway - but not in the suites, so had it been a real emergency I am concerned that people would not have known to evacuate. The hotel was spacious and had a good breakfast, the hotel has potential when it's issues are addressed. "

"This hotel has no restaurant in the building but they do offer an early morning breakfast but if you arrive in the evening. they do however have a shuttle bus that will take you to a variety of restaurants close by but they all close by 9pm."

"I was charged 40 for parking when the listed didnt mention it. Our air/heat didnt work in the room, the shower was leaking. "

"The breakfast was great for a hotel stay, the staff was nice, but the room was not the cleanest. It was remedied when we complained, but the room should’ve been clean before we checked in. The TV in the room didn’t work well, but this hotel was fine for what it was and the distance to the airport was pretty amazing. "
