"Dirty, the hotel lobby had signs about guests stealing pillows and towels. The room had 3 towels only, and a very dirty carpet. the green carpet had turned a dark black color. The complimentary breakfast was only old cereal, yogurt, and waffles. I would never stay here again even if it was free."

Was charged $461.30 when the room was supposed to be $310.90, the service desk worker(s) guaranteed that $150.00 would be refunded on 5/16 however the $150.00 was never refunded, taking additional money from someone is unprofessional & in return I will most likely not give this company my business again nor would I refer them to anyone UNLESS I receive the refund that I was guaranteed. It is beyond unprofessional & immoral to list a room at $310.90 & charge an additional $150.00. "
