"Had an absolutely amazing stay here and couldn’t recommend it more! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. One of the highlights was going to our room to find a bottle of champagne and a selection of chocolates waiting for me as a birthday surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration feel even more special.
The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Madrid. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and the location couldn’t have been better—right across from Zara and Mango and within easy walking distance of the Temple of Debod which was a highlight of the trip to watch the sunset.
Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, from the outstanding service to the excellent facilities. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference, and we left with wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.
