"Food unbelievable- cater for everyone. Full board was too much I would recommend going half board. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room staff do nice little gestures such as cable tidies. They fold clothes and clean your room. "
"We loved staying in the suite here the rooms were enormous and renovated and new. The staff were excellent and room was also soundproof if you’re by a pool and worried about kids being noisy. The hotel was very accommodating of our unusual arrival and departure hours for our 12 hour Dubai layover during the day. Spa and club room were a little tired looking and food range that you get quite limited. That part didn’t feel luxurious while the rest of the property did. Also liked it was next door to the new Atlantis so you can explore and enjoy restaurants there too. "
"So. As a lifetime Titanium member I went from a regular room to a small suite.
But, the regular rooms were also amazing.
I can’t say anything bad about the hotel, staff bars, restaurants everything and everywhere was a delight.
Food, staff, beach, walkability etc. was top shelf. A good 4.8 to 5 star. (My only issue was room service being slow)
An incredible stay.
My only knock (if any) was room service can take 45 minutes to an hour.
Will definitely return as much as possible on my trips to Dubai.
