"Sadly there were building works going on outside opposite the hotel which started early hours which breaks your sleep ..

"This is our third time staying in the resort. The service is the best we recieve anywhere in the world. The hotel is phenominal for couples and families. Very mature understated resort. Tones of pools. Amazing sea. Amazing half board. I would recommend getting a suite to access the lounge. It makes the stay like a all inclusive as you get drinks all day in the lounge "
"We had a great time in the hotel, it’s just a few minute walk to the metro station.
Rooms were nice, the cleaning was great.
The only issue is with the front desk. they are rude and not nice at all. The one that was checking us in, wanted to swtich our room to a more basic one even thought we paid for a better one. Wasn’t helpful at all unil the manager was able to solve the issue. The rest of the front dest stack is just rude and not nice.
Cleaning staff in the other hand are great ans friendly. "
