All members of staff at the W were friendly and welcoming. We booked a terrace room which had stunning views over the beach to the Dubai Skyline. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, great shower, and housekeeping ensured that we were stocked up on complimentary water/coffees throughout our stay. The vibe was relaxed and the room decor was contemporary glam. We only stayed one night but would love to return soon for a longer stay.

Views, dining, restuarants and hospitality was as expected from a luxurious resort set on The Palm, W Dubai - The Palm offers private beach access, several sparkling pools, plenty of live entertainment and several top restuarants. Highly recommended.

So the room did not have a refrigerator, it had a "chiller" not did not keep anything cold, it made it slightly below room temperature. This resort is not worth the price, have a much better time and value elsewhere on the palm. Also the check in process took over 30 mins just to check-in. The only saving grace for this resort is how friendly the staff are, they worked hard and were happy to assist you.

Very courteous staff… quiet and beautifully. This place is so amazing that you actually don’t have to leave the premises. From breakfast to dining to clubbing and everything in between, you can do all at this place. We will definitely be back the next time in Dubai and will highly recommend to everyone. I love the brand and this definitely reconfirmed my commitment to it.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at the W. We stayed for 6 nights and found the rooms to be very spacious. I would recommend booking rooms over looking the city and pool area views. The staff were very attentive, friendly and welcoming.

Always been my summer hotel in Dubai Spacious styled rooms Pool is amazing with the pods and cabanas Beach was quiet and clean they got many activities I tries the jet ski it was awesome Food was great in room also in pool Staff is a bonus in the hotel helpful staff every where Valet people House keeping Reception fast check in and out Laundry service is the best in Dubai Concierge people received my online orders and delivered to my room Everey thing is near the hotel mall hotels restaurants supermarket barbers Got a late check which they rarely do But thanks I stayed 10 nights in September 8 night in May And I'm coming back again
