"The air conditioning is on fan mode, as the information on the TV reflected. But that made the room really stuffy. Granted, it's autumn, and weather is cold outside, but having fan mode in an enclosed space is really not conducive for a good rest. We have to keep the window slightly open to regulate the tempreture, which works thankfully. Otherwise, everything else is good!"

"This place was amazing and beautiful. I loved everything about it, especially the complementary ramen they serve at 9:30 pm and everyone comes to eat it in their pajamas. It was fun and prestigious and had the best service. I highly recommend. "

"My boyfriend and I were traveling to Kyoto. We didn’t realize how far it would be to travel back and forth from the hotel to Kyoto. Luckily the staff was able to give us a refund for the other two nights. They made sure we felt comfortable and that everything was going to be okay. During our stay we got to experience the scenery of the beautiful town and the people were so sweet. The stay wasn’t apart of our itenerary but in a way I’m glad we got to experience a town apart from the city. Highly recommend to get away from the city and explore the beau"
