"Most comfortable huge bed and room! Bath and gym area are very well designed and offer many amenities. Nice areas to read stocked with very interesting books. Hotel is not close to the main tourist area, it is next to the convention center. This may be not perfect for tourists that want to be closer to the popular areas. To me the bed and quiet were better than the crowds..."

"Hotel was clean, staff friendly and in a perfect spot for those that want some peace at the end of the day. Private Shower or use of Public Bath (which is very nice to soak aching feet). Sarusawa Pond is beautiful to look out at either from the terrace or local Starbucks. Wild Deer on your doorstep and Nara Park a short walk. Plenty of food spots to pick from covering most if not all styles (including macdonalds if you're picky). Perfect Stay, would 100% stay again."

"Staff extremely helpful! Good position touching Nara deer park, walkable from train station. Good ryokan, albeit the 90’s feeling of the overall deco. Decent indoor and outdoor pools (medium-small); self-service rooftop bar for a moderate fee. Didn’t try breakfast or other meals, just a one-night break between Kyoto and Osaka."
