"The spa was good."

"Staff at front and restaurant were all nice and friendly. Room does not have any towels but swimming pool towels. Had to asked to bring bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. No wash cloths was sent. Room was not prepared for guests."

"Overall I enjoyed my stay. However there were two incidents whicch were of concern. The first involved a man in the smoking area. He approached me to initiate a conversation. As I was leaving the area he requested money from me. I left and went to the mall and it appears that he followed me from the hotel and again requested money. The second also involved the smoking area later at night. I was approached by a woman there. Hotel security appears lax"

"Staff was very nice. However, the room needs some maintenance, especially the bathroom (the handheld shower head would not stay on the holder). "
