It's amazing! If you want to relax, have good food and drinks, enjoy beautiful views, and excellent service, don't think twice before staying there. The hotel is located away from other cities, but there's a great infrastructure to enjoy. The room was beautifully designed and comfortable. The staff are the most elegant and courteous I've ever seen. They were always attentive and friendly, doing everything they could to make our experience memorable and perfect. We loved spending time with everyone, and the manager who was at the property during our stay also truly cares about custom service.

One of the most beautiful hotel experiences I’ve ever had As a solo traveler, I was deeply impressed by the warm and genuinely attentive welcome I received from the moment I arrived. The staff took care of every detail with grace and discretion, making me feel not just comfortable, but truly valued. The food was outstanding — delicious, beautifully prepared, and a real pleasure to enjoy. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is calm, refined, and elegant, with a sense of quiet sophistication that invites relaxation and peace. The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful, a perfect place to unwind. My room was exquisitely furnished and exceptionally quiet, allowing for restful nights and total privacy. This was truly one of the most memorable hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. I can’t wait to come back!

A heavenly abode!

I cannot say enough good things about Viroth's. Such a cool environment with airport pick-up in vintage cars, lovely old b&w photos of Jackie Kennedy visiting Cambodia in the 1960s in the lobby. Rooms are very comfortable and reminiscent of 1960s style. Everything pristine. Delicious, reasonably priced food and great cocktails. Lovely spa. Most of all, the staff are fantastic. So warm and friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back.

A true 5 star with the best staff

Best hotel! The hospitality is the best we've had in SE Asia with employees that are not only courteous and welcoming but also helpful and resourceful. The staff really made the difference because there were many of them and there are not that many rooms in the hotel - which guaranteed a true 5 star treatment. The room was spacious and everything worked fine (such as aircon+fan). Everything was clean (the shower glass was spotless) and the attention to detail was best in class. We had both lunch and breakfast and you can tell in the manners of the staff that they are very well trained and attentive, giving good image and service at all times. On the last day we were allowed a late check out and a complimentary drive to the airport in their vintage limo, such a great experience. Next time I come to Siem Reap I'll stay here again, a TRUE 5 stars with the treatment that's hard to get these days in Europe or USA, even for 10x the price.

Amazing property near lots of attractions! The staff was top notch and delivered well above expectations! One of the bellhops even chased me down with an umbrella to loan to me since there was a chance of rain. Loved this hotel and will definitely be back!

Viroth’s Hotel was a perfect place to relax. It’s more quiet comfort than flashy luxury, and that’s what made it special. The staff were amazing — kind, helpful, and low-key. The pool and courtyard are beautiful and peaceful. Breakfasts were solid, with good variety. Everything felt calm and thoughtful. Would absolutely stay again.
Enjoying the pool after a hot day visiting the temples was a highlight.

Well, where do I begin? I can’t rave about the experience enough. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the checkout process 6 nights later; everyone and everything was amazing. The suite was stylish and very comfortable. Everything was immaculate and clean but the best thing about this place were the people. Everyone was just so kind, polite and always happy to help. The food and drink was out of this world and breakfast was the best I’ve had included in a room deal. My husband and I booked this place as part of my husbands 60th birthday celebrations. We make a very fine decision to stay here. It’s easy to see why this place has won so many accolades. There was only one issue, a family staying a couple of nights with zero respect or control of their feral, loud and disrespectful children; I really wish that the hotel would display a clear code of conduct and etiquette which would be enforced. 7:00 AM and we had kids screaming outside our room. People left the pool one day as the kids were just too much. This is a classy hotel, not an Ibis. A huge thank you to the team for all of your service, help, kindness and smiles; You were amazing.
