"Hotel muy limpio incluyendo lo que es la habitación, el personal atento, buen desayuno. La comida del restaurante muy buena. Lo único que el mattre de la cama es muy duro pero al informarlo en recepción rápido resolvieron ese detalle. En fin, sí volvería a quedarme, me encantó!"

"Beautiful hotel, nicely combined with nature. Rooms are comfortable, stall is very friendly, service and food were excellent. My only critic is that although rooms are very large and comfortable, they lack storage space such as drawers to put your clothes, bathroom was very large but just have a mirror, sink and toilet. No shelves, cabinet for personal items and no towel racks for hand or face. Rooms are very dim lighted so difficult for women to have an adequate place for makeup."

" I had an amazing stay at York Luxuries in Medellín! The hotel was spotless — very clean and well-maintained. The included breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and great taste every morning. I especially loved the rooftop pool — a perfect spot to relax with beautiful city views. The staff was outstanding: friendly, professional, and always willing to help. "The hotel was understaffed which made service slow. When we went to the pool, there was no one there to give us towels in three separate occasions and we had to track someone down to get us some. The room was ok, but the beds were only doubles instead of queen sized which made sleeping less comfortable. However, one of the doorman named Giovanni went out of his way to accommodate us. He changed some big bills into smaller bills for us so we had money for tips, he found us an excellent driver to take us to Guatape and when we checked out, he signed us out of netflix (we couldn't figure it out because it was all in spanish) and took a video to show it was done. This man was exceptional and made out stay much more comfortable. "
