Excellent experience! The hotel is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean, and located in a great area of Medellín. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Our room was very comfortable and spotless. The location is perfect for exploring El Poblado and enjoying this wonderful city. We felt safe and very well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
