"Room and bed were nice and big TV was awesome great channels shower was amazing very hot water only issue is curtains block air flow for air conditioning please correct this issue otherwise everything else was good staff was friendly nice pool on property plenty of parking and some places to eat nearby but mainly Disneyland is only a 10 minute drive or 25 minute walk"

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, specifically regarding bedding, and carpets]. This experience was far below the standard I expected and made my stay incredibly uncomfortable. I believe this matter needs your immediate attention to ensure other guests do not have a similar experience."

"No, there were no amenities, not even a gift shop to buy drinks or snacks. Or at least we weren’t informed as such. The clerk who checked us in gave us no information. Not even about a coffee bar. Which they had but it was too late we were already on our way out. "

"Rooms along with bedding had a smell to the. The AC in my room only blew hot heat out. Front desk was ok. Hallway carpet smelled was visibly dirty and not very well placed. Considering I only had to use the room to sleep it was average on price about $150 a night. 15 min walk to downtown Disney district"

"The staff was kind. Our room was clean and breakfast was good. The only thing that bothered me was the air of the property was stuffy, and almost humid. As if it was wet or a flood had occurred a while ago. "

"SHOWER FIXTURES WERE OLD AND CORRODED AND HAD A CRACK IN THE DRAIN. NO HOT WATER AT ALL AT THE SINK. NO BLANKETS JUST A THIN SHEET WITH ANOTHER THIN SHEET I WAS FREEZING ALL NIGHT. ZERO AMENITIES EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE BARS OF SOAP. BED WAS HARD AND MADE NOISE EVERY TIME YOU MOVED. TOILET SEAT WAS BROKEN AND FALLING OFF. ROOM WAS CLEAN I CAN SAY THAT. WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN."
