"The hotel was beautiful. Rooms clean. Only thing that bothered me was the fact that the hotel supplied 1-ply toilet paper. After all the money spent for luxury stay, I would expect quality toilet paper… it’s not a difficult thing to fix .. please consider our booties , it deserve nice quality toilet paper"

"Overall, this is the hotel. We usually book when we go to Disneyland, but this last time that we stayed was unfortunate that the pool was not available to use because it was being renovated in. The city did not come in de it safe to be used during the summer so on our last day, we were able to use the pool. Check-in was delayed because they didn’t have any rooms available so we checked in after 4 PM thinking that we might possibly get a room a little bit early which is understandable. They have a check in time around 4 o’clock 330. On the property while I took my kids to go play on the playground one of my kids brought to me a syringe that was used maybe by a guest or homeless so it wasn’t clean properly or check properly before your kids go in and play on the playground on the property so it was a little letdown"

"We only stayed here 1 night because we were headed south to San Diego and needed a break. We had a room on the ground floor that had a queen bed and a bunk bed - cute concept. Unfortunately there was no TV at all - the TV mount was there but no actual TV. We were really tired so didn't mind too much. The fridge was retro cute but there was no microwave. There were 4 stools but oddly no table on which to eat. The bathroom setup was kind of cute but not super well designed because half of the shower had glass but not the other half so some water splashed out. Thankfully the bathroom is small enough for it not to get cold too. The walls needed to be cleaned/scrubbed though - the bottom 2-3 feet of most of the walls were kind of dirty and overall a fresh coat of paint was needed. The walls are pretty thin as we heard the neighbors arguing etc. until past midnight. The towels were soft and the bedding was clean. Overall an ok experience at this little inn."
