"Staff was nice, helpful and efficient. Room next to the elevator basically sounded like an aircraft landing every 5 min. Elevator takes a light year to go up and down so we mostly had to use the stairs. Room was clean but lamp shades were broken as well as some outlets. No ice or water dispensers to be found. "

"Room was actually really nice, don’t be thrown off from the outside appearance the room was very clean and updated with a large flatscreen, mini fridge with a freezer and a microwave. I didn’t know this when I booked but there is an onsite laundry for guest and a gym. Overall good experience and would stay here again. (6min from Disney)"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is located close to big stores like Walmart, Target, and Dollar Tree, there is decent amount of parking, and the free Disney shuttle is great. The breakfast was very good, with lots of hot and cold variety. The coffee was fantastic. The staff was very pleasant. The only downside was the room was a little on the humid and damp side, but that is the LA weather."
