Charged for parking, but ran out of spots due to using the same lot for valet. No breakfast available, but Denny’s and IHOP near by. No service for cleaning except fresh towels daily."

"This hotel was not accurately advertised. There is no splash pad, park shuttle, or open tiki bar. We had to request room service at 5 pm on our second day because no one had visited to empty the trash. There were no towels by the pool. We had no hot water in our room. Would not recommend."
