"I have traveled extensively throughout the world for work and leisure for over 20 years. Each year I stay at over 40-50 different hotels. This Mandarin Oriental hotel is the best hotel in the world that I have ever stayed at. The hotel is pristine, the rooms are impeccable and the hospitality of the staff is exemplary. The most exceptional staff members are Aaron and Kiran, two of the concierges, Waty who works at the breakfast, Hafiz at the front desk, a Ram, the most professional and congenial tour guide that I have ever had in the world.
