"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. Upon checking-in we found the kettle was not working, water heater needs to be switched on an hour and half before...

"I booked a studio (internal room and bathroom) initially which was too small for all my luggage and I needed the external view, so upgraded to a Studio apartment. The apartment was very clean, light and well equipped. Everything I needed for an 8 night solo stay. Spectacular view over the city and well placed for travel.
The service was efficient and friendly and very responsive when I requested an upgrade.
My only grumble would be about the lifts. They are limited for the amount of floors and...

The hotel is relatively close to all the malls and cafes near KLCC. I had no problem with my stay from check in to check-out. Loved it. Will visit again. "

"Great location connected to Pavillion Shopping Mall with a plethora of dining and shopping options. Also within walking distance to the MRT Bukit Bintang station, where the Kajang Line provides useful connections to suburban malls like One Utama Mall and the KL Monorail station for a direct connection to KL Sentral.
Wifi is stable and ultra fast - no problems supporting video streaming and video conference. Breakfast options were plentiful and interesting, but the executive lounge options were less exciting. Overall highly recommend the hotel for its convenient location and wonderful service and facilities, but wish they would improve on the range of dining options provided in the executive lounge!"
