"The hotel needs an upgrade badly. Our door was very difficult to open and close! It was completely stuck, and they must have known but ignored it. I would not recommend this hotel. The best thing about it is the location. I expect more from a Hilton product. We were disappointed…but, loved the area."

"We were happy with our room,And the breakfast was very good.We new it be because they had Hines catsup on the table lol.The guy working was at the front desk wasn't a people person."

"A great stay for the price!"

"This was the worst place we have ever stayed. The building was in disrepair and smelled horrible. To get to your room you had to go through multiple doors and up and down carrying your suitcase. The bathtub was in the main living area and there was a tiny corner sink with no place to put anything down in the bathroom. We had to put our things on the mantle outside the bathroom and balance everything else while we washed our face and brushed our teeth. The pipes were rusted, and the toilet was gross with a hole in the toilet seat. There were no hangers, the AC didn’t work right, the bed was lumpy and the room was right on the street so it was light at night. The outside door was half broken so anyone could have gotten in. There was loud music coming from a band next-door while we were trying to sleep. Guests did get free breakfast, which wasn’t bad but was basically in the old servant’s quarters even though there was a restaurant there serving breakfast. You could pay extra for that. We definitely would not recommend staying here. The only positive thing I could say is that it was convenient and you’re able to walk to everything downtown."

"Pool was fantastic! Rooms need an upgrade. Bars were OK. Outdoor bar was a little small. Front desk staff was fantastic. Very helpful. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here! We were just a walk from the beach and enjoyed a cloudy sunrise, but nevertheless beautiful! Our room was excellent and very clean and quiet. The bed was amazing, and really the only issue that we had was with water pressure in the room. The shower was barely a dribble, but we did report it to the front desk clerk and he made a note to have the repairman check it out. There was also a leak between the shower and the toilet, but he also noted that as well. Having said that, we would definitely stay again!"

"Wonderful lodge with a great staff and service to match. The hotel was modern in it's appointments, bedding, windows, bathrooms. Has a convenient elevator and luggage carts. The ocean at your doorstep with beach amenities. The breakfast had the best veggie omelet I've ever had... anywhere. Parking right outside the front door a spot for every guest. We only stayed a few days but we're looking to make it an annual getaway!"
