We enjoyed our stay at Springhill for one night. The location is amazing and we were able to easily walk to the beach. Our room was clean and we had plenty of space. The only disappointment was that the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were completely empty…. Zilch. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are okay. A bit tired. Our room carried an odor that said pets have stayed there before... That being said the staff was very helpful and the location is wonderful. Fort clinch state Park (directly across the street) is beautiful and we spent two full days there (2A &4kids). There is a great playground not far from the hotel and great eating places. We loved Tastys (burgers) and Arte pizza!!
A lot of hiking at fort clinch. A neat little playground/picnic area for families. Lots of wildlife!

Everything was excellent with the exception of the breakfast buffet considering the room rate. Sparse and cheap best describe the buffet which consisted of cold scrambled eggs, over cooked sausage patties and clumpy oatmeal. Only fruit offered were a few bananas and the bread selection was also limited. There were two waffle irons available but the crowd of people trying to cook something hot for their children made the wait too long. For a Marriott property I found this buffet substandard.

Nice, newer hotel with a spacious room and a great location. However, the check-in experience wasn’t very welcoming—it felt rushed and a bit impersonal. For the price, I expected a higher level of service and overall experience. The added parking fee also felt like an unnecessary upcharge. I would consider staying again if the nightly rate were more reasonable.

Hotel extremely clean. Great location. Parking fees are way overpriced but you have to pay because there is no other available parking. Room was good size and clean. The pillows are poor quality and don’t provide much support. Breakfast was good but could use a little more variety.
