"I had an great experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because they don't have free parking. The location was convenient and quiet when windows were closed, making it easy to explore the area while still having a peaceful place to unwind. Overall, this hotel met my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and value."

"There is much cheaper and closer parking on the side of the building. They should suggest the parking garage and less than attentive valet for close to 60$ a day. My only suggestion "

"Room was clean and parking very convenient. I think this is one of the best places to stay in the East Bay While it is not convenient to the Bart. It is very convenient to the ferry getting into the city. Alameda is a great little town to explore and there are so many excellent food options within only a couple of blocks. "
