"The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, and felt off from the very beginning. Online the place looked very promising and though the lobby looked out dated I had held out hopes for the rest of the amenities. Getting in the elevator you are immediately greeted with the smell of marijuana and once you're dropped off on your floor you're met with hallway bathrooms, beat up walls and doors, and once again the incredibly overpowering smell of smoke. In our room the bathroom counters had not been cleaned, there were dirty towels on our floors and spots on our blankets. Confident that there was no way our sheets could be clean or that i could continue to stay for the night i attempted to call down to the front desk to see what could be done only to find out that the phone actually had no cords at all. They were able to refund me for the two other nights i was not going to stay but would not compensate for the night i checked in for, though I was in the building less than 20 minutes. "

" Checked in my restroom had pee all over the toilet like the maid didn't even bother, there was no breakfast, paid for parking thru Expedia but it was not honored at the site, and no breakfast"
