Easy access to great restaurant for great breakfast buffet. Lively neighborhood. Easy walk to Shinjuku GoyenNational Harden for spectacular cherry blossoms. "

Check-in was a complicated two-step process of having to go to two separate desks, then sit at a table in the lounge—it was nice to have the food and drinks, but there should be an option to go straight to your room first. Location is calm and peaceful by Tokyo standards—not where I’d stay for a first trip or a short trip, but it’s nice that there’s a convenience store directly in the hotel since there’s not much in the surrounding blocks. "

"I went to both their high end restaurants. The bar which charges even hotel guests to go in. Then the Japanese restaurant. It's a one and done. Food and drinks not worth the value."
