"The Staff is awesome and we had to reach them by phone. The gated parking was perfect but note that it is not free. Very quiet, well kept. Hot water was instantaneous and great pressure. TV channels didn't all work. The only real complaint is that the bed was really hard."

"It took a little while to check us in due to receptionist could not access system. Breakfast minimal, supply of hot food not continuous, fruits always run out. "

"Upon arrival, saw a notice posted on front door of lobby that their kitchen was closed by the health department. No breakfast, snacks, or coffee available during our stay. Property seems to be used as either a half-way house, or something similar. Witnessed two different individuals being dropped off and entering with all belongings in plastic bags looking very disheveled. Lots of “odd” people lingering around the parking lot. Property is outdated and not clean. Very disappointed in this location. "

"We were very happy with our stay at TownePlace Suites. The hotel and grounds are well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was better than expected. The kitchenet was well stocked and there are ample drawers and hanging for clothing. The room itself was not huge and the only bed size options are queen size (we are used to sleeping on a king size bed, being that my husband is a large man) but we made it work. There is a sofa bed so that helps. The room prices are very reasonable for the location and all that you get. Being close to downtown Campbell with all its shops and restaurants is a big plus. We will definitely stay here again."
