we just stayed overnight one night, but the accommodations were comfortable clean, and the breakfast was good! The only thing is that we were facing east and there were no blackout curtains in the room, which would've been helpful at 6 o'clock in the morning!

Everything about this hotel is excellent; the front desk staff are the kindest and will treat you like a valued guest. Each and every one of them!! They seem to have a consistent group of morning and evening front desk greeters, Jackie and Nicolett, which makes the hotel seem so much friendlier. The manager, Ms. Hema, also goes out of her way to make sure the guests are taken care of and that their accommodations are kept extremely neat! We never had any issues with the housecleaning (they work extremely hard to make sure your rooms are fully stocked with towels, coffee, tea, and all the household cooking utensils. They are very respectful of your privacy, which we appreciated since we were here for a long extended stay (house remodel). The location is amazing, right on the Campbell Creek walking and biking trail and near the lively downtown Campbell district, Pruneyard Theatres, a bookstore, and a variety of restaurants.

Room was clean. Heavy on the cleaning chemicals which left an odor that took a bit to get used to. We loved that we looked out the window at the trail by Los Gatos Creek and the trail. Everything was in good repair and worked. We especially love the kitchen amenities.

We appreciated the responsive and welcoming the staff! The room was quiet and just the right size. During our two week stay, we made good use of the laundry room and the walking trails and the pleasant shops and resaurants in downtown Campbell.
