"Staff was perfect and room was clean. In the middle of the night I heard some strange noises followed by a single very loud alarm that beeped just once. I do not know if it was a smoke alarm or what caused it."

"Bad smell in the room We booked a room for a high level, it was raining that day and we came back to the room with a leak in the wasgroom ceiling from the rain. They changed the room for us for a lower level. This was very inconvenient with have to move all of our stuff with 3 children. It rains and snows quite a bit in this area, this issue should not happen I can tell from the smell in the room. When I called to complain the immediate descent it's from the rain and they didn't even come and check the leak which tells me they knew about this issue. The breakfast buffet is very limited in comparison to other hotels we stayed in the area previous years. They don't have hand lotion in the rooms. We were very disappointed with the overall quality for the money we paid. I would never book here again. "

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But I got no sleep because it sounded like they were bailing hay above my room. Doors were banged shut constantly. The room would vibrate from all the noise. I was woken up at least once every half hour for every night I was there. I would not recommend this place if you want to get a good nights sleep. "

"We have stayed at this property previously but this time was not as good as the last few times. The room was clean but the cleaning agent used left a “film” on the hard services. The bathroom sink had a smell and the overhead light in the sitting area did not work. The shower also had a loose fitting on the curtain rod. We did contact the front desk and they did make attempts to fix the issues but the sink still had a smell but the light was fixed. We asked for housekeeping but only got it once during our 2 night stay and extra toilet paper was not provided so we needed to ask the front desk for extra to be sent up. There was some garbage in the hallways when we ventured out for the day. We do like this hotel but may try and upgraded room to see if we can have a better experience."
