"Hotel restaurant is excellent - although the restaurant in the atrium was closed during our stay due to water leakage issue - room was warm despite having AC on- pool is not very inviting, not private, close to sidewalk- town is on the quieter side- "

"Throughout our stay there was a terrible smell of sewage in the hotel especially in the lobby. The doors were kept wide open to have fresh air come in. It did not help. Talking to the staff they pretended that everything is in order. The room was warm so we opened a window. Had to shut it off immediately because of the smell. We ate at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel. One of the worst meals we ever had. the food was mediocre, and, every now and than a smell of sewage was introduced...

"The hotel is a historic building with an interesting history. It is set far back from the road and feels private and secluded - lovely to walk around. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. Great breakfast included!"

"Great location, nice pool. Hotel room was small and comfortable but for the pillows but we managed with the bed cushions. We also had a little balcony which was excellent. Good breakfast and the coffee was very nice. The night watchman even went out of his way and made us coffee on our 5am departure. Only suggestion would be some tea bags, milk etc and a kettle in the room. "

"I made a reservation with the information that it was 14km away from Saturnia at the time of booking, and the Resort and Saturni were 35km. Also, the mattress of the bed felt a spring in my body and could not sleep easily. When I got out, I could not clean my room."

"Nice camping site with very good facilities. This is a mobile home, so everything is small but in good conditions. Staff is friendly but the major problem was that they want you to pay extra all the bed sheets and towels. With a family of 5 this ended up to 120 euros (!) I politely refused stating that there was no mention of this on the site and after a while they agreed that don't give any ground,"

"Hotel was ok, air conditioning stopped working on the last night but apart from that in good condition. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful although the head waiter was quite an unpleasant character. Breakfast was good and location lovely. "

"We enjoyed our stay there, the room was nice, the breakfasts wonderful and the staff very helpful. the only issue was that we were not able to use the pool. While it was open for use, it appeared to have algae growing in it and had an unpleasant odor."
