Our apartment was in an amazing location close to everything we wanted to see and we were greeted by our car in the square and escorted to parking - SO helpful. Apartment was just a bit dark (the Iris), but otherwise nice. Breakfast for only 5 Euros was very good. Can't save enough about our hoet's gracious welcome and how helpful she was!

Uniquely and beautifully designed and furnished apartment in a great and central location of scenic Orvieto. Wish I could have stayed longer than a single night, but the afternoon and following morning spent there was special and thoroughly enjoyed.

We had a fabulous 4 night stay in Primula room mid June. Comfortable bed, lovely big bathroom and a sweet little patio with table and chairs. The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with all the info we needed. They also offered a simple Italian breakfast at just 5 euros each per day which we enjoyed every morning. Perfect stay.

Spacious and clean two bedroom apartment was perfetto for our 1 night stay. Staff was helpful getting us from the train to the room and were accommodating for our early checkout. Steep stairs to get to rooms but only 1 floor up. Beautiful central location made getting to everything easy.

The apartment was great. Amazing large stone building with nice modern touches. Getting there by car was only slightly harrowing with Orvieto's narrow roads; a staff member was helpful in getting us to the parking garage in one piece. The staff member was also helpful in giving us Orvieto recommendations since we were there only one night. Would recommend!
