"Greg was very professional and detailed person. He personally took care our luggages upon arrival at the hotel and secured them in the storage prior to our checked in time. On our checked out day, he picked up our luggages at 5:45AM and he assured us to take our breakfast first he dropped us at the port. He carried all our luggages to the boat. This hotel is close proximity to Station 2 and frontage is the white sand beach"

"This is our 3rd time to stay at this hotel and each time is an amazing stay. Staff are always thoughtful and very kind, always making us feel welcome…never had any issues with all of our stay. I’ve arranged our tours with them too to make sure we will be taken cared of. Massages are great as well. Pillows and blankets are super comfy… "

"There is a lot of stairs to climb and its not suitable for elderly people , the view from the rooms are great , they have a free shutle bus to the mall and beach till 5pm . There is not a return bus you have to get a taxi "

"We were given a room too far away from the front of the hotel.no consideration that we are seniors. The walkway is not at all level and my husband tripped, landed like 6 feet from where he tripped. Landed on his knees, elbows and forehead. We asked for ice and applied it to his forehead. He got dizzy after the fall. We told that they will inform the manager in the morning. "

"Everyone in our party loved staying here. Beach, shopping, night life and lots of food options including fresh and live sea food within 5 minutes walk. Everything we wanted in a beach hotel inside and out. Prices were very reasonable. Friendly staff. Almost felt as if we were alone there, no one ever bothered us. Just be aware that there are stairs to get to the room. How else you going to get to the panoramic view suite? Enjoy. "

"It was unfortunate that I wasn't able to purchase a drink at the Garden Cafe when not having buffet dinner. Only buffet dinner guest are allowed to go in. "
