Hotel and staff are awesome! Beds and pillows not so much. Need to update those items then I would give a perfect score. Location is also great.

Sad days at Double Tree

TV did not work for a day and a half, staff tried to fix it, but had to wait till the next day mid way to get it working. Toilet would not flush on day one, ALL elevators were out on day 3 for several hours and had to call a number so someone could direct you to the service elevators.

Nice place

Our stay was amazing we love Nashville and downtownm this hotel is close enough to broadway to walk but far enough away that when you are ready to lay down and sleep there isnt alot of noise and commotion. The bar in the hotel is really nice as well.
