"Having stayed here before, I do feel the property is going downhill. Parked in the car park at the back and the feeling wasn't great. Park full of rubbish, the doors to get into the property were damaged and didn't close properly, making the property feel very unsafe and the carpets filthy. Go up to the flat, where I was presented with a dirty and messy flat, all the lights on and windows fully open. With it being ground-floor, anyone could have easily got into the unit. "The room was very cosy, clean & tidy. The staff were very polite & very helpful, nothing was too much for them. The hotel was in a quiet area near the road but you couldnt hear the traffic. "

"We arrived at 10pm after a long drive. Plenty of car parking space. The reception staff were very welcoming. Room very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. "

"We were in an upstairs apartment which we had to access from a very quirky walk up some steps and through a mind your head whole in a wall. It gave to the old world feel of the place. Staff were amazing and the menu had everything my wife loved. Will definitely go again when visiting my sister. "
