"Super comfortable room. The room was spacious and really clean. Breakfast was outstanding!!! Only problem was the key cards. Took a long time to get into the room with the card. Seems all the people on our hallway had the same problem. Might be time to change the sensors."

The housekeeping are sweet, trust worthy, and hardworking. The resturaunt staff are friendly and work quickly on getting meals to customers. Special shout out to Kaye who will always greet you with a smile and very courteous, she is very dedicated and professional to her job. "Nice hotel, rooms and pool. I wish there were an on-site restaurant and bar. Adjacent mall is convenient only until 9 pm. Breakfast staff excellent. Food pretty good over all. Room service pricey because of no restaurant owned by hotel. Hint, get ice, beer, liquor, etc from mall marketplace. Mini fridge a plus. Bed too soft for me. Very responsive front desk and all cleaning and maintenance staff. Definitely would stay here again. The family suite with semi separate kid room was really helpful."
