"This hotel was the best stay of my family's entire Japan trip, and we stayed at a Disney Resort. It is extremely clean - you are required to have your luggage wheels & anything with wheels cleaned (we had a wheelchair, but the staff was extremely helpful) and you are also required to put your shoes in lockers before going further into the hotel. This is a very different experience but a nice practice. The amenities are what makes this hotel! Free drinks, free late night ramen, free use of the onsite Onsen. The provided Onsen clothes did have a bit of an odor, but we asked for replacements and the hotel provided without issue. The room configuration was nice as well, my husband and I had a semi private bedroom, not common for rooms in Japan for a family of 4 traveling and staying in a single room. I only had an issue with the AC - we had a hard time getting the temperature just right, it was either too hot or too cold. It took a day for us to get it right for both rooms. It was probably user error or the two rooms versus 1 open room, so I'm not holding that against anyone. There was also onsite laundry & luggage forwarding services, which we had to take advantage of at every hotel. We actually had a hotel that didn't do this service and we ended up having to take a separate trip to a luggage forwarding office to get this taken care of. This is a very busy hotel, but my family enjoyed staying here very much. Thank you for the excellent hospitality."

"It was a nice little Place for what I needed. I spent most of the time traveling around but it was good for a place to sleep and shower. The breakfast was good early in the morning and they do offer Dinner too but I did not take advantage because of the good food in Japan."
