"Staff at front desk was really helpful, giving us advice on where to go in town for New Years. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a long time at a hotel!"

"Clean room! They had quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap all dove brand. So if you accidentally forget to pack those items they got you. The price was fair! Lots of convenient food places in walkable distance or connected to hotel. The room was clean and very nice! Plenty of towels. Bed was soft and pillows as well. Clean as well. After certain hours in the evening you need to access with hotel and to get up to the 3rd and 4th floor via elevator you need your key which is also another awesome safety ft. Breakfast was AMAZING with many options. So was the coffee it was top quality and the machine freshley grounds it right then and there. Staff was very polite! Overall amazing stay and i reccomend! "

"I enjoyed my stay here. The hospitality was incredible. I have to say when they mentioned breakfast was available I assumed it would be your typical frozen eggs heated but Kevin was amazing. You can taste the hospitality on the food. Megan the GM was amazing as well. I ended up staying here for new years and both Kevin and Megan made it feel like home! "

"The room did have a slight bad smell when we first checked in, I did happen to have my own air fresheners, so I got that under control myself. I was not happy the way our breakfast was handled, other people were getting waited on and getting their food that sat down after we got there, I don’t understand what the problem was, got handed off to another waitress while still trying to get coffee and get our food ordered, only had one place setting of silverware on the table, and no sugar on the table, after I got my coffee cups, I have to get those items off another table after the customers left, and as I looked around, others had their own coffee craft, but one was given to us, I still don’t understand why????, saw other couples get their food and get done before us, we were there an hour, I did complain to the check in desk when we checked out, was not happy with that experience, that made me not wanting to ever return , I did like the room and the shower was very nice"
