"Nestled in the hills surrounded by lush greenery, the Alver Hotel was our base for kayaking in the spectacular fjords. We stayed in an updated cabin that was well equipped with the basic necessities, including an in unit washer and dryer. Our stay includes a delicious breakfast buffet each morning. If possible I would give a sixth star for the friendly staff who went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant and memorable."

"Location is. great. The only thing is August 14th is college orientation day and we have hundreds youngsters entering bars around the hotel, A lot of noise, though the windows were very sound proof."
