"We loved this hotel, wonderful staff, lovely room, great breakfast, gorgeous gardens and pool. only issue for room #104 is it is noisy, particularly if you have door or window open. We received a nice gesture of champagne upon arrival which may have been in anticipation of room location challenges. In the morning you can hear furniture moving above. But we were only here one night so was fine. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"We were very pleased with our stay at this wonderful hotel. Everyone was super nice and helpful in all accommodations. Valet parking is available if you drive there. "Tony and Maria were excellent hosts. Vesuvios room was beautiful with gorgeous views of the water and Mt Vesuvios. My wife loved it for watching beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was simple but very good. Fresh orange juice was a plus. Tony very helpful for travel tips and arranging drivers. Excellent time. Stayed 4 nights. Would definitely stay there again! "

"One of the best hotel stay experience we ever had. The staff are very friendly, professional and caring. Every detail of the hotel is carefully designed. The bar and drink menu with live music every night is such a relaxing ending to the day. The snack bar food was good quality and staff are very polite and caring. The shuttle prompt at every hour to centre of Sorrento and back to the hotel was very useful and makes the hotel even more attractive. We definitely go back to Grand Hotel President again and will recommend it to our friends."
