"Loved this hotel but sadly would not return as the walk into Sorrento is too far and in places not that safe. We only ate in the hotel twice as food very limited and breakfast was mostly pastries not much fruit. Pool area was lovely and quiet and plenty of hot water in your room, staff very friendly and helpful "

"If you like to be away from hustle and bustle of Sorrento, Villa Fiorita is a great option. Beautiful views, great dining and well cared for rooms. Shuttle bus into Sorrento is very handy, just have to time your outings. Be aware that passenger loading is on same side of street as Grand Caesar Augustus. You will see bus drive by but it goes on past you, makes a loop at traffic circle it returns and picks and drops off on Grand Caesar Augustus side of street."

The stay was excellent but the evening front desk manager (male) was very rude probably the unfriendliness person I encountered while on a two week vacation in Europe. The bell hop staff were wonderful as well but one person can ruin a perfect stay. "
