"Hotel staff is excellent!!! Very knowledgeable about the area and they have a ton of information to share. Everything from ferry times, transportation, parking in other areas, etc. Simply ask and they will guide you! There’s a shuttle service provided by hotel to take you into the city and it’s really convenient for dining and excursion options. View from hotel is gorgeous. Rooms are a little outdated and run down, but clean. We were able to overlook that (especially grout in bathroom, etc)...

"Wonderful hotel just a little outside of Positano. A very organized free shuttle gets you back and forth to town. It was reliable, quick and easy. The hotel staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was a nice touch each morning."

Only negatives were USB ports (2) in the room weren't working. When traveling I always bring an adapter that has built in USB ports since, in my experience, most hotel rooms only have one port or none that work.
