"The resort itself looked like it was maintained better than Disney staff. Very friendly staff. Yes, like all employers there’s a few bad apples that. I had friends there at the same time that did the “Excellence Club.” It’s not worth the up charge, so don’t get sucked into purchasing that. Additional services, items in resort stores, etc, are ridiculously overpriced… try it to forget anything. It’s better to do any souvenir shopping at the airport or offsite (if you dare to go offsite)."

"The property landscaping is just beautiful. The shows at the hotel were also good ( 3 nights out of the week were great.) The drinks at the resort were ok and varied greatly based on the bartender. Also, the food was the same almost every day at the buffet, but the Japanese and seafood restaurants were great. The beach was great too ( my favorite!) The food needs to improve and more entertainment for kids would be great. "
