Hotel and restaurants are great. We didn’t receive resort credit nor room upgrade. However we did late check out at no cost. Water of the pool was cold , it didn’t have a heater.

Beautiful hotel and incredible staff that made our experience the best. We were there for our anniversary and I propose to my now Fiancee, Thanks to Danielito our concierge who made everything possible, very professional, always available.
