"Room should be prepared with amenities such as fridge being workable, airconditioning turned on, and some moisturizer without being requested when you arrive. TV sounds needed a bit of maintenance. Not sure how good the spa is, tried to go in twice to inquire/book but there were no staff available in the spa room. Overall, nice place with a 360⁰ rooftop view with swimming pool, restaurant, and bar. "

"Best thing about the hotel is the location, it’s very conveniently located across the street from the Greenbelt which is a beautiful shopping area. Very safe with lots of really great restaurants. The hotel is nice and clean, with a good pool And gym. Service is good as well. It’s pretty corporate type of place so a good Place to stay if you are in Manila."

"Second time around. Arrived in the early hours of the morning. Room airconditioning turned on in advanced as requested and given a wonderful city view. Quick to respond to requests even the room services attendant with toiletries. Pool was amazing and great to be able to relax with the sauna. Would have appreciated a bigger gym space but it wasn’t that much of an issue. Staff like the last time was very hospitable."
