"It’s our third time staying here. Such a great park to stay at whilst on holidays. Clean and friendly. Definitely a place to hang out and relax. Cabins are clean and tidy. My son struggled to sleep in bunks as he is almost 6 foot. Personally I found the beds a bit too hard but that’s no fault of theirs, just my preference."

"Nice place but the hallways to the rooms smelt stale and old. The room had mould stains on the roof. And the bedside tables were dusty. The staff under explained things and just assumed it was ok to charge the card used to book the room instead of asking first. For a 5 star hotel i would expect a lot more. "

"Enjoyed staying at the Pacific Cairns. Five minute walk to the where the boats for the Islands depart and the day bus tours. Very central to eating places like the Night Markets. The bar fridge is a decent size and the bed and pillows very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you don’t have a car like was our case. The staff were friendly and helpful."
