"Our one night stay got off to a dreadful start when we could not get into our room at 1830 prior to Eng v Bosnia, KO 7.45pm. Had to abandon our belongings at Reception and headed for the game. Returned at 10.50pm to find out that we were still locked out of our room at the battery for the card operated door handle was flat!
