"One night stay, staff friendly and efficient booked in, in no time. Room in a quiet area of the hotel, although small perfectly adequate for my needs. Comfortable bed with plrenty of pillows. Surprised to find out the pool, jacuzzi, sauna remains open until 22:00, so had the place to myself for about an hour. "A very nice room with patio doors looking out onto countryside. Comfy bed, handy fridge / toaster / kettle with a sofa to relax on. My fewer stars on the staff/service is not a criticism but a reflection on the fact that I didn't actually meet anyone! "Excellent location in the historic heart of Chester. Spacious room, very comfortable and quiet. Wonderfully welcoming and very helpful receptionist who recommended restaurants and things to do.
