"The staff was friendly and helpful. They delivered extra pillows and shampoo. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I’ve been to more expensive hotels that didn’t have a microwave. The room was very clean and spacious. The AC was easy to use and supplied a perfect temperature. The parking garage was well lit and very secure. The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows. Lumpy, soft and flat. But that’s it. Overall, we were all very pleased with our stay! "

"I liked that it was close to the venue where our show was and plenty of dining options near them. The only thing I should mention is the stairs and no elevator which I knew in advance and was not an issue for us. However, it could be an issue for other travellers. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again."

"The staff was extremely kind, helpful and professional- 5 star service for sure!! The room was big, clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in the family suite with bunk bed and king bed. The hotel hallways and room were a bit older than I expected from the pictures. The lighting in rooms was dark, older carpet and some chipped paint. But it was spacious and clean- we were there for one night for its proximity to Universal Studios. Pool was heated, but still cold for me (kids liked it)-...

"It’s tidy and comfortable. Centrally located. Convenient and clean. The environment is very homey. Frankly, at an affordable cost it is the most accommodating hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The lemons on the property bush were even fantastic. "
