"The hotel was dated. Spotted a couple of holes in the wall as we were walking to our room. The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom door was hard to shut. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel. "

"The staff was extremely kind, helpful and professional- 5 star service for sure!! The room was big, clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in the family suite with bunk bed and king bed. The hotel hallways and room were a bit older than I expected from the pictures. The lighting in rooms was dark, older carpet and some chipped paint. But it was spacious and clean- we were there for one night for its proximity to Universal Studios. Pool was heated, but still cold for me (kids liked it)-...

"Excellent location. Very central to most tourist locations. Parking is reasonable and gated car park. Close to gas and food. No resort fees. I would recommend this property. "

"Hotel was very nice and very close to LACMA. Area was safe and we walked to a local restaurant and the Comedy club. I also, received my free bottle of wine upon check-in. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"I didn't use the transportation or go shopping but good to know it's conveniently located. I don't like paying for parking and no valet service. All was well for a short stay. "
