"The property its self is nice. Ac didn’t work really well but glad it was only 70s while I was there. But I had to check out early a day and the lady at the front desk advised my to contact Expedia to get my day refund back where I checked out early due to a medical emergency and come to find out they never checked me out and are refusing to give the day refund back after Expedia is trying to get it for me. The manager flat out denied it and never checked me out till 24 hrs after I done left"

"This Embassy was a little bit on the outdated side vs previous ones I’ve stayed at before. Customer service was decent, could be better. Otherwise, decent for couple day stay if needed. "

"Very kind and attentive staff. Hotel was nice for a layover in San Francisco. Our flight got in late and the shuttle stops at 11pm, so we had to take a Lyft to the hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of items. "
