"Everything was perfect, especially the bartender and the front desk agents.The only thing is that you have to put toilet paper in the garbage can instead of flushing it down the toilet other than that, it was perfect especially the staff very friendly and professional make you feel at home. I recommend anybody to stay in San Juan. "

"Great hotel in the heart of San Juan. The location is great, a few blocks away from the water and convenient to a ton of shops and restaurants. El Morro, the historic fort, is a 10 to 15 minute walk away. My room didn’t have windows that opened but I only stayed one night so that was fine. The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean, and best of al the AC was cold! I didn’t partake in breakfast so I can’t comment on that, but I really enjoyed their beautiful stone bathtubs located on the rooftop of the north wing. The highlight of my stay! On the roof of the south wing there are Jacuzzi’s which I didn’t get to check out. The employees are friendly and the hotel is decorated with a Mediterranean flair, it’s really cool. I’d definitely stay here again. "
