"From the start, it was a wonderful experience. We were met at the door by the hotel manager as we pulled up. He brought us in and reviewed the amenities and rules, while we sipped on mimosas. The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. The a la carte breakfast was delightful, and we felt like we were in a 5 start restaurant. Not just the food, but the coffee options too. The location was extremely convenient because it is a short 1 minute walk to Plaza de Colon, which is a common pickup spot for tours and Uber. Old San Juan is pretty safe already, but the security measures at the hotel eliminated any lingering thoughts of danger. The hotel staff bent over backward to make it an amazing experience. Probably the best hotel stay I've ever had. A "
