There were issues with very minor things: outlets were very loose, broken tile on bathroom floor — but the proximity to Bourbon Street, the parking, the excellent staff, and the convenient location make this a must stay. "Everything about this hotel was amazing! If you're apprehensive at all about a windowless room, don't even worry about it! The rooms are so charming, and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is working around the clock, and they try their best to insure maximum comfort and quality service! Elysia, girl, thank you for taking care of us, and being so friendly, and inviting! Everyone there is so nice and I honestly didn't want to come back home. Can't wait to come back! "

"The front desk was quite busy handling check ins and such and they were professional & friendly despite the throng waiting. The bell man were great, very helpful and friendly. My only quibble is there was no coffee maker in the room ( I asked for one and it was brought up). For the price, I thought this hotel was definitely a good value (rooms were comfortable and great location)."

"I like that it was in the French Quarter. The food was good. Banquet hall was nice and staff was Great! I didn't like the streets being blocked off that it was difficult for my ride to pick me up. I almost missed my flight. I did not like that my bathroom was not stocked adequately. I had to call about getting more toilet paper and towels. Did not have new shampoos & conditioner restocked when room was cleaned. "

"Chateau Lemoyne is beautiful the common areas have that perfect New Orleans French Quarter charm the room left a little to be desired but we were rarely in it so it was ok. The location was perfect one block away from Bourbon St. so you are not in the party but it’s easily accessible also close to many restaurants everything was within walking distance overall I would stay here again.
